    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup cooked or frozen butternut squash
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter
    • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
    • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
    • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk

    DIRECTIONS
