Chamomile & Citrus Sip
Lemon combines with carrots, fennel, apple, and chamomile tea for a nurturing drink that is sure to help you feel calm and cozy in winter months and beyond. Think of it like a winter lemonade.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces of chamomile tea
- 1 lemon
- 1 medium fennel bulb
- 1 apple
- 2 yellow carrots
DIRECTIONS
- Boil water and let chamomile tea steep for 5 minutes.
- While tea is steeping, wash your juice ingredients.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer. Juice in the order given.
- Combine tea with juice and enjoy!
