Pineapple Soother
This juice features turmeric and pineapple for a rich blend of antioxidants and natural enzymes. Bromelain from pineapple and quercetin from apple and turmeric help calm inflammation and support digestion, while fresh mint adds cooling relief.
INGREDIENT
- 2 cups chopped pineapple, core included
- 1 red apple
- 1 lime
- 3-inch piece turmeric
- 8 mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Peel the lime.
- Cut everything into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer.
- Starting with the turmeric, juice all ingredients. Enjoy!
