Immuni-beet Shots
A nourishing wellness shot to support circulation and immune function. Beets offer natural nitrates to promote healthy blood flow, lemon provides vitamin C, and ginger adds warming, immune-supportive benefits.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 beets
- 1 tangelo, or 2 mandarins, peeled
- 2-inch piece ginger, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut all produce into pieces that will fit easily into the juicer.
- Starting with the ginger, juice all ingredients.
- Divide juice among 8, 2-ounce juice shot bottles.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
