    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups frozen berries
    • 1 frozen banana, sliced
    • 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
    • ¼ cup oats
    • ¼ cup hemp seeds
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
    • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
    • 2 cups plant-based milk

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add all ingredients to a blender.⁣
    • Blend on high until smooth, about 45 seconds.⁣
    • Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.⁣
