Hydrating Zing
Tangy cranberries mixed with lemon, lime, ginger, and a touch of honey will electrify and hydrate you, putting a little more pep in your step.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh cranberries or thawed frozen cranberries
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 8 ounces coconut water
- Honey, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Juice cranberries, lemon, lime, and ginger.
- To serve, combine ⅓ cup juice with 1 cup coconut water.
- Stir in honey to taste. Enjoy.
