Mango Chia Smoothie
While mango and banana are sweet fruits, this smoothie is a balanced treat thanks to the cashew milk, chia seeds, and hemp seeds that offer healthy fats and protein.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients except the chia seeds to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds and let rest for 2 minutes before enjoying.
