Superfood Açaí Bowl
This bowl is packed with superfoods like açaí, chia, and spirulina, a blue-green algae that’s packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals, to help supercharge your day.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen blackberries
- 1 packet frozen açaí
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon spirulina
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth.
- Put it in a bowl and top with fruit, nuts, or your favorite granola.
