Tropical Piña Colada
Transform your Piña Colada into a healthy frozen sorbet. Enjoy the tropical flavors of mango, pineapple, and coconut while giving your body a healthy dose of vitamin C and fiber. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top for an extra touch of sweetness.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen coconut yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 cup frozen banana pieces
- 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Switch out your J2 juice strainer for your Sorbet Attachment, then reassemble the juicer.
- Feed frozen fruit pieces through your juicer with the Sorbet Attachment, a few at a time.
- Alternate with the frozen yogurt pieces. Make sure the frozen yogurt is broken up into small ice-sized pieces.
- Lastly, stir frozen sorbet to get a creamy consistency. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
Note: The sorbet will dispense into the pulp collector.
