Rooted Fruit Fiber
This ruby-red batch juice combines beets, apples, and pears—three ingredients naturally rich in soluble fiber that help support a healthy, well-balanced gut. Brightened with lime for freshness, it’s a fiber-forward juice that supports healthy digestion and makes a great base for smoothies.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 beets
- 3 apples
- 3 pears
- 1 cup mint
- 2 limes
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the limes
- Cut everything into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer.
- Juice all ingredients and enjoy.
