Freeze: You can freeze the Nama glass bottles. When freezing, please leave 3cm of space from the top of the lid to allow liquid expansion.

Refrigerating: Fill the bottles all the way to the top to minimize contact with oxygen and maintain freshness.

The lids are interchangeable between the 17 oz and 25 oz bottles as well as standard lid mason jars.
