    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 oranges
    • 5 carrots
    • ½ papaya, seeded
    • 1 tablespoon papaya seeds
    • 3-inch piece ginger

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash all produce well.⁣
    • Peel the oranges and papaya.⁣
    • Cut everything into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer.⁣
