    Beat the Winter Blues Smoothie

    This thick, creamy, and antioxidant-rich smoothie can lift any winter blues away.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 3 cups frozen berries
    • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
    • 2-3 cups nut or oat milk
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 12 mint leaves
    • 1 cup Greek yogurt per serving to swirl, optional

    • Garnish:
      Frozen Berries

    DIRECTIONS

    • Place all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.⁣
    • Gently spoon the smoothie into the glass.⁣
    • Swirl in Greek yogurt if you want a thicker meal-like drink.⁣
    Makes: 32 ounces

    Tip: If you have any leftovers, freeze them as cubes and pop them in the blender whenever you want a fresh smoothie!
