Homemade Protein Powder
Created by our friend Eva Molenda, this simple DIY powder is a nourishing way to boost your smoothies, bowls, and juices. Made from a mix of hemp, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, and flax seeds, it’s rich in plant-based protein, fiber, and omega-3s to support energy and recovery. Customize it with cinnamon or walnuts for added flavor and nutrients — a wholesome staple for everyday wellness.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup hemp seeds (hemp hearts)
- ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup flaxseeds
- Cinnamon, optional
- Walnuts, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Add all seeds to a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Blend until you get a fine powder. You may need to pulse and shake the blender occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Transfer to an airtight glass jar.
- Add cinnamon and walnuts, if desired
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
