    Peanut-Berry Smoothie

    This high-fiber smoothie combines berries, nuts, flaxmeal, and dates to support digestion and nourish gut bacteria. Peanut butter adds protein and a creamy, satisfying flavor, making it an ideal quick breakfast or snack. Peanut butter can be substituted with almond butter, if preferred.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups Almond Oat Milk or plant-based milk of your choice
    • 1 frozen banana, sliced
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or cherries)
    • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
    • 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
    • 1 pitted date

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add 2 cups of your fresh Almond Oat Milk or milk of your choice and the remaining ingredients to a blender.⁣
    • Blend on high until smooth, about 45 seconds.⁣
    • Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.⁣
    Makes: 25 ounces
