Blush Greens
A nutrient-rich dark green juice with a pink hue, full of nitrates and antioxidants for a healthy heart. Adding a touch of sweetness to darker, bitter greens balances the flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups beet greens
- ½ cup parsley leaves
- 1 ½ cups cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1-inch piece ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut the produce into the appropriate sizes for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy!
Note:
- Beet greens can be swapped with chard.
