Healthy shots like these, which are full of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory ingredients, are a great way to maintain a robust immune system during a season of sniffles.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 apple
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 2-inch piece ginger
- 2-inch piece turmeric
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne, whisked into juice
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and juice.
- Whisk cayenne into juice and enjoy.
