Golden Warmth

INGREDIENTS
- 3 carrots
- 2 pears
- ½ lemon
- 2-inch piece turmeric
- Pinch cardamom, optional
- Pinch black pepper, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce thoroughly
- Peel the lemon
- Cut everything into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer.
- Starting with the turmeric, juice all ingredients.
- Pour the juice into a small pot, add the cardamom and black pepper, and warm gently over low heat for about 1 minute.
- Serve warm.
