    Start your day with this rich and satisfying protein shake packed with wholesome oats, protein-rich hemp seeds, and creamy peanut butter. Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout recovery, or an afternoon energy boost, this shake is as nutritious as it is indulgent.

    INGREDIENTS

    • ¾ cup oats
    • ¼ cup hemp seeds
    • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
    • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
    • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 3 cups water
    • 2 tablespoons plant-based protein powder, optional

    DIRECTIONS

    • Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, add all ingredients to the filter basket.
    • Secure the lid and set the blending time to 45 seconds. Press Start.
    • Follow prompts to open the spout.

    Notes:

    • Add more or less maple syrup depending on sweetness of protein powder.
