    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup mixed greens
    • ¼ cup microgreens
    • 2 roasted beets, quartered
    • ⅓ avocado
    • ¼ cup blend of herbs (dill, chives, parsley, thyme, etc.)

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash all produce well.⁣
    • Remove skin and pit from avocado.⁣
    • Add all ingredients to a bowl and drizzle with dressing of choice.⁣
    Save leftover dressing in an airtight bowl for 3 days.
