This gut-loving juice features oranges, carrots, and papaya—a trio rich in fiber, antioxidants, and carotenoids to support digestion and promote a healthy microbiome. Papaya provides natural digestive enzymes, while ginger adds gentle warmth and helps soothe the gut. A spoonful of papaya seeds adds a peppery note and additional digestive compounds that can support gut balance.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oranges
- 5 carrots
- ½ papaya, seeded
- 1 tablespoon papaya seeds
- 3-inch piece ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the oranges and papaya.
- Cut everything into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer.
- Juice all ingredients and enjoy.
