Our Minted Citrus juice blends fresh mint, rich in antioxidants and vitamin A for immune support, with blood oranges, packed with vitamin C to boost collagen production and promote skin health. Cauliflower adds fiber, along with vitamins C and K, contributing to heart and bone health.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 4 blood oranges
- ½ small cauliflower
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel oranges.
- Cut all ingredients into appropriate size for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.
Notes:
- Adjust flavor to your liking by adding more or less mint.
- Substitute cauliflower with (13 oz) Romaine lettuce and blood oranges with oranges.
