A hydrating juice designed to recharge and replenish electrolytes post-workout. Celery and coconut water deliver natural sodium and potassium, while pineapple and lemon offer vitamin C and enzymes to support recovery and reduce inflammation. INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium celery ribs
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple, core included
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 2-inch piece turmeric
  • ½ cup coconut water

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash celery well.⁣
  • Chop celery, lemon, and turmeric into pieces.⁣
  • Juice the celery, pineapple, lemon, and turmeric.⁣
  • Stir in the coconut water.⁣
