Peanut-Berry Smoothie
This high-fiber smoothie combines berries, nuts, flaxmeal, and dates to support digestion and nourish gut bacteria. Peanut butter adds protein and a creamy, satisfying flavor, making it an ideal quick breakfast or snack. Peanut butter can be substituted with almond butter, if preferred.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Almond Oat Milk or plant-based milk of your choice
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or cherries)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
- 1 pitted date
DIRECTIONS
- Add 2 cups of your fresh Almond Oat Milk or milk of your choice and the remaining ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 45 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
