Here is a delicious and refreshing fall juice spritzer that can be made by juicing asian pears with a little fresh ginger. Asian pears are easy to find this time of year and they have a crisp sweetness that goes well with ginger. We know how wonderful ginger is for digestion and immune system support so it nice to have a refreshing drink that is also very nourishing. Mix your fresh juice with some sparkling mineral water and top with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. As you may know, cinnamon also has some lovely health benefits including aiding in digestion and helping to stabilize blood sugars. Enjoy!
