Ingredients

  • 1/2 Medium pineapple
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 inch (2.5cm) piece of ginger

Makes 16oz of juice (approx.)

Directions

  1. Wash yellow bell pepper thoroughly and remove stem.
  2. Remove rind and core from pineapple and peel lemon.
  3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
