This juice is one where we combined tart cranberries with tangy grapefruit. It is surprisingly refreshing and delicious, we also tried it over ice and then topped with sparkling mineral water – so good! Most cranberry juices from the store are filled with refined sugar and yet fresh cranberries are easy to juice and then add in an apple to sweeten naturally. Cranberries are filled with nutrients and anti-oxidants and slow juicing them is a great way to access these benefits. Grapefruits also have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that studies have shown to improve a variety of ailments.
*alternatively – fill glass with ice, pour in juice to 2/3 full and then top with mineral water
