Cranberry Punch

You do not need to buy those insanely sweetened and processed cranberry beverages! Cranberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and are considered by many to be a “superfood”. Like most produce, but especially berries, it is best to try and use organic ones so that they have been grown without all those harmful chemicals.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
    (washed)⁣
  • 1 medium size beet
    (peeled and chopped)⁣⁣
  • 2 large oranges
    (peeled and chopped)⁣⁣

DIRECTIONS:

  • Wash ingredients thoroughly.⁣⁣
  • Cut all ingredients into appropriate size for the juicer.⁣
  • Juice in the order given⁣⁣⁣
  • Serve over ice (2/3 of the glass) and top up with sparkling mineral water (last 1/3 of the glass)⁣.⁣
  • Top with a slice of orange or mandarin and enjoy!⁣
Yield: approx. 16 ounces
