Go-To Green

A good go-to for your daily juice intake loaded with phytonutrients.

Cucumber may help reduce cholesterol levels. Provides hydration and is low in calories. Supports immune system.


  • 2 Handful spinach
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1 Cucumber

Makes 22oz of juice (approx.)


  1. Wash spinach, carrots, apples, celery stalks, and cucumber thoroughly.
  2. Remove core from apples.
  3. Cut all ingredient into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
