Sometimes a little kiwi is just what the doctor ordered.

Kiwi is especially rich in potassium, combined with apple and celery which are rich in dietary fiber, makes a three-ingredient juice crafter to strengthen immunity and support a healthy heart.

Ingredients

  • 2 Green apples
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Celery stalks

Makes 16oz of juice (approx.)

Directions

  1. Wash green apples, kiwis, and celery stalks thoroughly.
  2. Remove core from green apples.
  3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
