Pineapple may help reduce inflammation, support healthy immune system, energy levels and metabolism. Orange fruits and vegetables can help improve your overall health. They contain beta-carotene which gives them their vibrant color known to improve eye health.

Ingredients

  • 2 Orange bell peppers
  • 1 Orange
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Handful pineapple chunks
  • 1 Lemon

Makes 20oz of juice (approx.)

Directions

  1. Wash orange bell peppers and carrots.
  2. Peel orange and lemon. Remove bell pepper stem. Remove rind and core from pineapple.
  3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients into juicer and enjoy.
