Pineapple is a nice way to get vitamin c and of course Bromelain, the sulphur compound that contains digestive enzymes found in the stem and the fruit. We just love the refreshing tropical taste and the nutrients in pineapple like Vitamin C, Manganese, Copper and Potassium. Juicing pineapple is a good way to use the core as well. In this juice we added ginger which is another digestive aid. Pour over ice and dilute with a little fresh water if you find it too sweet.
