Serious Green Juice


We are calling this green juice “serious” because it is not very sweet and you can really taste the green vegetables! These juices are not for everyone as they do not have that sweetness that many are used to. However, we would encourage you to work towards having more juices that have less fruit sugar. This way you train your palette to enjoy both the sweet predominantly fruit juices as well as the super nutritious and savory vegetable juices. Of course this juice is packed with “serious” nutrients as well. Enjoy!



  • 4 - large kale leaves and stems
  • 1/4 - large green cabbage
  • 1 - cup of spinach leaves
  • 1 - lemon (peeled)
  • 2 - green pears (hard green with less sugar) cored and chopped
  • 2 - kiwis peeled


  1. Wash ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size for the juicer.
  3. Feed all ingredients through the juicer and enjoy!
