Un-Beet-able

The beet helps to cleanse blood and assist digestion, while the apple’s dietary fiber helps strengthen the digestive system.

Beets supports exercise endurance, healthy blood and provides electrolytes. May help reduce cholesterol levels, blood pressure and support a healthy heart.

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Beet (beetroot)
  • 3 Carrots
  • 4 Kale leaves
  • 1 inch(2.5cm) piece of ginger

Makes 16oz of juice (approx.)

Directions

  1. Wash apple, beet, carrots, and kale leaves thoroughly.
  2. Peel beet and core apple.
  3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
