Our founder’s favorite morning juice recipe!

Celery is low in carbohydrates and calories. Helps support electrolyte balance, energy levels, cell division, healthy blood and immunity.


  • 1 Lemon or lime
  • 2 Handfuls spinach, kale or arugula
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Celery stalks
  • 2 1/2 inch (6.4cm) piece of ginger
  • 3 inch (7.6cm) piece of turmeric

Makes 20oz of juice (approx.)


  1. Wash the leafy greens, celery stalks, and cucumber thoroughly.
  2. Remove lemon or lime peel.
  3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
