Ginger (the rhizome of zingiber officinale) is a long used and loved spice that has been consumed asa food and as a medicinal spice for good health and health ailments for centuries. Ginger has a long list of wonderful health benefits that range from a stomach calmative to a broad spectrum anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon or lime
  • 2 1/2 inch (6.4cm) piece of ginger
  • 1 Chili pepper or dash of cayenne pepper

Makes 2oz of juice (approx.)

Directions

  1. Wash chili pepper thoroughly.
  2. Peel lemon or lime.
  3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.

+ May help with immunity, inflammation/pain,nausea, infections.
