INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Wash produce.
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Blend on high until reaching your desired consistency, about 45-60 seconds.
