Hydrating Zing

Tangy cranberries mixed with lemon, lime, ginger, and a touch of honey will electrify and hydrate you, putting a little more pep in your step.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries or thawed frozen cranberries
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1-inch piece ginger
  • 8 ounces coconut water
  • Honey, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce well.⁣
  • Juice cranberries, lemon, lime, and ginger.⁣
  • To serve, combine ⅓ cup juice with 1 cup coconut water.⁣
  • Stir in honey to taste. Enjoy.⁣
