Q. My auger is stuck inside the strainer. How do I get it out?

Here are a few additional suggestions:
- When removing the auger make sure you are lifting with two hands; each hand on top of the two blades
- Try rocking or wiggling while lifting, instead of pulling straight upwards
- You can put your chamber in the refirgerator for a little bit. The cold air will help release the built-up pressure
- Lastly, you can try soaking in warm soapy water for a few hours and then trying the reverse method again
