Papaya Coconut Smoothie

This smoothie is based on a traditional Dominican milkshake, Batida de Lechosa. It contains beta-carotene-rich papaya, an essential nutrient for glowing skin, probiotics in coconut kefir for gut health, and collagen powder for additional skin support, improving elasticity, skin hydration, and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ papaya, seeded
  • ½ cup coconut kefir or coconut yogurt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons honey, to taste
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup crushed ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Using the Nama C2, add all ingredients to the blender.⁣
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.⁣
  • Divide between 2 glasses. Enjoy.⁣
