Carrot Pineapple Limeade
This juice combines the sweetness of pineapple, apple and carrots and the kick of ginger and turmeric to create a refreshing juice that looks like a vibrant summer sunset. It’s also an anti-inflammatory powerhouse thanks to the fresh ginger and turmeric along with bromelain, a natural anti-inflammatory compound, found in pineapple.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pineapple (about 3 cups, chopped)
- 2 limes
- 1 apple
- 9-10 carrots
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric
DIRECTIONS
- Wash ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Juice in the order given and enjoy!
