Cherry Mango Sorbet

Cherry Mango Sorbet

Try making this frozen treat to help cool down in the heat of summer. Cherries and mangoes are a great flavor combo full of antioxidants and vitamins.


  • 1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2-3 pineapple pulp cubes*
  • Optional: honey, to taste


  • Switch out your J2 juice strainer for your Sorbet Attachment, then reassemble the juicer.⁣
  • Close the lid, then turn the juicer on, and load ingredients through the top hole of the juicer. Be sure to load one ingredient at one time for best results. Note: The sorbet will dispense into the pulp collector.⁣
  • When all ingredients have been added, mix the sorbet with a wooden spoon until well combined.⁣
  • Serve immediately.⁣

Note: If you are making sorbet with the Vitality 5800 | J1, follow the same directions, but you will feed the ingredients through the chute.


Recipe Tip: Use leftover fruit pulp to sweeten up smoothies and save the veggie-based pulps when you are craving a boost of vegetables in your smoothie or even in soups and sauces.
