Spice Shield Immunity Blend

Mandarins, lemons, and carrots provide vitamin C and beta-carotene for immune support, while apple cider vinegar and honey offer antibacterial properties and natural prebiotics. Ginger and turmeric further boost immunity by reducing inflammation and supporting gut health.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small mandarins, peeled
  • 2 large carrots, peeled
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece ginger
  • 1-inch piece turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • Cinnamon and ground clove, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce well.⁣
  • Cut all ingredients into appropriate size for the juicer.⁣
  • Add all ingredients to the juicer.⁣
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey until honey dissolves.⁣
  • Divide juice into 2-ounce glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ground clove, if desired. Enjoy.⁣
