Q. My hopper is stuck in place, what can I do?

For best results please be sure to toggle your pulp lever to the half-open position and reverse your juicer for 20 seconds. You may need to do this a couple times to release the built-up pressure in the chamber.

Here are a few additional tips:

  1. Put the chamber-set in the fridge for an hour or two. The cold air can help reduce the pressure buildup in the chamber making it easier to separate
  2. Try soaking the entire chamber set in warm soapy water and then reversing for 20 seconds
  3. If that doesn't work you can lay the chamber out on a towel for a few hours until it is completely dry and try separating again with the reverse method

If after trying these steps you are still unable to remove your hopper from your chamber please contact us and  send a photo of your serial number (barcode on bottom of juicer) as well as your order number and shipping address and we'll send out a replacement right away!
