Electric Recharge
A hydrating juice designed to recharge and replenish electrolytes post-workout. Celery and coconut water deliver natural sodium and potassium, while pineapple and lemon offer vitamin C and enzymes to support recovery and reduce inflammation. INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium celery ribs
- 2 cups chopped pineapple, core included
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 2-inch piece turmeric
- ½ cup coconut water
DIRECTIONS
- Wash celery well.
- Chop celery, lemon, and turmeric into pieces.
- Juice the celery, pineapple, lemon, and turmeric.
- Stir in the coconut water.
- Enjoy immediately for the best hydration benefits.
