Return Policy

We believe you will see the value and feel the benefits of using your Nama Cold Press Juicer every day that we are happy to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Nama product(s) from, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your product for a full refund. Refunds will exclude shipping charges. Please contact us at support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to initiate our Returns Process. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning products back to us.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The appliance must have been purchased directly from
  • A return Merchandise authorization and return Merchandise authorization number must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your product shipment date.
  • Acceptable conditions for returning product(s):
    • Brand new - unused with all original packaging and Merchandise.
    • Used - must be in clean, and good physical working condition. The product and components should not be physically broken or damaged in any way.
      • Please note that a cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if returning products are received unwashed or unclean.
      • We recommend to use original packaging for used returns to help protect the product during transit, but do not require it.
  • All parts and accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
    • The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be included on the shipping label along with your returned product. We recommend to include RMA# on the shipping label and on the outside of shipping box. Do not return your Nama product without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please note that Nama is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during transit or without a valid return Merchandise authorization number.
        • The return merchandise authorization number will be valid for 15 calendar days from issuance. 

    Return Inspection and Refunds

    • Credit for all returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
    • Please contact our customer service team to complete RMA form and receive RMA number. Please allow up to 4 weeks from receipt of your return for us to complete our inspection process and we will notify you of inspection results and refund status. Approved refunds will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The refund may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your billing statement.

    Shipping for domestic and international

    • Shipping and handling charges from purchase are not refundable.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping. Customer also assumes the risks of loss or damage to the returning products while in transit to a Nama facility.
    • We recommend adding tracking information to the return instructions email.
    • International customers who refuse Nama order package or to pay local custom’s duties and taxes, Nama retains the right to charge the customer return shipping fee which will be deducted from refund.

    Additional terms and conditions

    • A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed to any product returns received in unclean or unwashed condition.
    • If you return a product to Nama
      • without a valid return merchandise authorization number from Nama or
      • without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase or
      • not in good condition (meaning broken or damaged)
      • Nama retains the right to either refuse acceptance of the return or charge the customer a restocking fee of 35% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
