Superfood Açaí Bowl

This bowl is packed with superfoods like açaí, chia, and spirulina, a blue-green algae that’s packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals, to help supercharge your day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1 packet frozen açaí
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth.⁣
  • Put it in a bowl and top with fruit, nuts, or your favorite granola.⁣
