    2 glasses of froze mocktail with frozen grapes

    Make your own healthy version of frosé you can sip all day with grapes, which are a strong source of antioxidants and potassium, offering a great electrolyte boost for a day in the sun.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 pounds stemmed red seedless grapes, about 5 cups whole grapes
    • 2 lemons, peeled
    • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, optional
    • ¼-½ cup water for blending

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash produce thoroughly.⁣
    • Juice the grapes and lemons.⁣
    • Stir in the white wine vinegar if using.⁣
    • Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.⁣
    • When ready to serve, fill the Nama C2 blender carafe halfway with ice cubes and a splash of water. Blend until you reach the texture of a slushie.⁣
    • Pour into wine glasses, garnish with a skewer of grapes if you’d like, and serve!⁣

    Note:
    • Adding white wine vinegar helps give this mocktail an extra kick.
    Makes: 3 ½ cups juice
