          Gingerbread Smoothie
      A blend that delivers the flavors of the holidays in a nourishing smoothie. Banana provides natural sweetness and potassium for energy, while molasses adds iron and trace minerals that help support steady energy and overall wellness. Spiced with ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, it’s a comforting drink that supports digestion and feels indulgent without being heavy.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
 - 1 frozen banana
 - 2 teaspoons molasses or maple syrup
 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
 - ½ teaspoon ground ginger
 - ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - Pinch of nutmeg
 - 2–3 ice cubes
 
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
 - Blend on high until smooth, about 45 seconds.
 - Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
 
Note:
- For a fun finish, drizzle the inside of the glass with extra molasses.
