Green Herb Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mixed greens
- ¼ cup microgreens
- 2 roasted beets, quartered
- ⅓ avocado
- ¼ cup blend of herbs (dill, chives, parsley, thyme, etc.)
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Remove skin and pit from avocado.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and drizzle with dressing of choice.
Serves: 1
